[Remote] Segement Marketing Associate

As a Segment Marketing Associate, you will be a key growth driver by supporting targeted marketing programs aimed at converting healthcare prospects into a real pipeline, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with Creative Services, Brand, and centralized marketing teams to deliver campaigns in market
• Communicate campaign vision, represent sales segment nuances, advocate for audience-specific messaging, and convey creative needs throughout the campaign development process
• Project manage multiple campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Competing priorities are effectively balanced
• Test, measure, analyze, and generate actionable, data-based insights to optimize campaign performance; regularly report on results and learnings to key stakeholders
• Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate campaign activities; communicate frequently to build trust and alignment
• Travel required: 0–2% annually

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business marketing
• Proven experience working with sales teams is desirable
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Manages time and priorities effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
• Possesses a natural curiosity to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, and Salesforce
