  • Conduct warm calling to follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships, and increase appointment bookings.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to document interactions, update customer records, and track sales progress.
  • Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand campaign strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Support business development initiatives by engaging in outbound calling when necessary to expand our client base.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to clearly articulate value propositions and technical sales details in a professional manner.
  • *Experience
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments, preferably within technology or technical sales sectors.
