- Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify landlords, property managers, real estate brokers and legal practitioners who can benefit from smarter eviction and property management tools.
- Conduct demos, showcase product value and close new accounts. Comprehensive training will be provided, but you’ll own your pipeline end to end.
- Nurture relationships, manage renewals and drive upsells; our SaaS model means recurring revenue for you when clients stay.
- Maintain accurate deal records and forecasts using our CRM and collaborate with our onboarding and support teams to ensure customer success.
- Optionally recruit and mentor other sales partners to build your own network and earn overrides.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to master CRM and sales tools quickly.
