Position Overview
- As an Appointment Setter at Nousu.io, your primary responsibility will be to call inbound leads and schedule Zoom consultations (strategy calls) for our closing team. You’ll work directly with real estate agents who have expressed interest—whether they opted into a webinar, requested a resource, or engaged with our email campaigns—and you’ll book them into our Closer’s calendar. This is not an entry-level role; we’re seeking candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound-focused roles (cold calling, door knocking, or previous appointment setting).
- Location: 100% Remote
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST (with a daily training/huddle at 8:00 AM EST)

- Key Responsibilities & KPIs
- Daily Outbound Calls & Lead Follow-up
- Make a minimum of 150 dials per day, including:
- Calling leads who opted into webinars or downloaded resources
- Following up with email-list leads requesting resources
- Contacting people who filled out surveys but didn’t schedule
- Rescheduling no-shows
- Maintain a 30% “live call” appointment-setting ratio (i.e., 30% of calls result in a confirmed strategy call booking).
- Booking & Qualification
- Book an average of 5 strategy calls per day (≈100 per month).
- Ensure proper qualification: gather background information, confirm interest/motivation, and take detailed notes.
- Submit all call notes and hand-off briefs to closers so they can have the best chance of converting.
- Pipeline Management & Administrative Tasks
- Attend daily training & team huddle: 8:00 AM–9:00 AM EST.
- Update your personal projections & the team tracking sheet daily.
- Keep the CRM up to date:
- Move deals through proper stages
- Add notes for every interaction
- Set follow-up tasks and due dates for potential fits
- At the end of each day (5 minutes max):
- Send in your “End of Day Report”
- Confirm tomorrow’s appointments for closers
- Prepare for the next day’s meeting
- Performance Outcomes
- Monthly Revenue Goal: $132,600 in new business.
- That equates to 17 closed deals at a $7,800 price point (Realtor Accelerator offer).
- With a 30% closing ratio, you’ll need to generate:
- 100 strategy-call bookings per month
- Factor in a 20% cancellation rate → 80 booked calls
- Factor in a 70% show-up rate → 56 actual calls
- 30% conversion on those → 17 closed deals
- Daily Appointment Targets:
- 5 confirmed strategy calls per day (target).
- 3 confirmed strategy calls per day (minimum).
- Who You Are (Requirements & Competencies)
- Experience & Background (required)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in outbound roles (cold calling, door knocking, or appointment setting).
- Proven track record of hitting daily/weekly sales activity goals
- Comfortable with remote-work environment; disciplined self-starter.
- Hunger & work ethic: You don’t shy away from hustle. You’re willing to put in the hours to refine your craft, ask smart questions, and move the needle.
- Resilience: Cold calls and occasional rejections are part of the job, you bounce back quickly and stay positive.
- People Skills: You can build rapport over the phone even if you’re not a natural extrovert. You know how to ask the right questions, listen, and guide prospects.
- Bonus
- Real estate or marketing interest/background is a plus, but not required.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Commissions on closed sets: $320 bonus for each closed set. On target (17 closed sets/month) = $5,440/month ($65,280/year).
- Bonus: $250 weekly bonus for exceeding $25,000 in collected revenue (12 weeks assumed) = $12,000/year.
- Base Pay: $1,500 to $2000/month ($18,000/year)
- Total On-Target Earnings: $95,280/year (base + commissions + bonuses)
- Your actual earnings may vary based on performance (i.e., more sets → more earning potential).

- What a Typical Day Looks Like
- 8:00 AM–9:00 AM EST: Team training call (mandatory).
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST:
- 150+ outbound dials: calling webinar opt-ins, resource requesters, email-list leads, survey completions, and rescheduling no-shows.
- Qualify prospects, book Zoom strategy calls for closers, and document every detail in the CRM.
- Send follow-up emails or texts if necessary.
- Handle reschedules, no-show follow-ups, and any urgent admin tasks in between calls.
- End of Day (before 4:00 PM):
- Send a concise “End of Day Report” summarizing:
- Number of calls made
- Number of appointments booked
- Any roadblocks or questions
- Update your personal projections & the team tracking sheet.
- Confirm and prep tomorrow’s appointments.
- Ensure all new leads and deals are in the correct CRM stage with up-to-date notes and follow-up tasks.
