About the Role: Sales Enablement Analyst

What You'll Do in This Role

As a Sales Enablement Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in driving our sales ecosystem forward. Here's what you can expect to contribute:


  • Compliance & Governance Leadership: Design and implement robust compliance and governance frameworks for our sales teams, ensuring we maintain the highest standards while achieving our business objectives.

  • Strategic Insights Development: Provide actionable insights on opportunities identified and created by our sales partners, translating data into strategic recommendations that drive growth.

  • Performance Measurement: Measure the impact of growth initiatives based on sales efforts and time invested by outreach teams using internal analytics platforms and systems.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the informed expert for US Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and building strong relationships across departments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and teammates to deliver valuable insights and prepare metrics that support management and product managers in growing the business.

  • Research & Analytics Excellence: Drive research and insights through various data tools, uncovering trends and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.

  • Process Automation: Identify and implement various automation methods to improve efficiency and streamline operations across the sales enablement function.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on sales documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with key teammates and partners across teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.

  • Communication Mastery: Apply storytelling skills to ensure seamless communication and messaging to relevant stakeholders and colleagues, making complex data accessible and compelling.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications


  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field; OR a Bachelor's degree in a comparable discipline.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and HIVE or similar data querying tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple initiatives across teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in the payments, financial services, or fintech industry.

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation systems.

  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.

  • Understanding of sales cycle dynamics and revenue operations.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
