They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help turn direct owner outreach into acquisition opportunities through outbound communication with property owners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners
- Build rapport and develop relationships with decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and gather basic property information
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity in Close CRM
- Coordinate with Managing Director to book meetings and assist in advancing conversations toward signed LOIs
Skills
- Proven experience in high-volume cold calling
- Background in outbound sales (SDR / BDR), home services (solar, roofing, etc.), MCA or real estate
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality
- Curious, hungry for the chase, and able to ask thoughtful questions
- Confident, organized, and persistent with a high level of activity
- Comfortable handling rejection and navigating conversations in real time
