They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help turn direct owner outreach into acquisition opportunities through outbound communication with property owners.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities and gather basic property information
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity in Close CRM
  • Coordinate with Managing Director to book meetings and assist in advancing conversations toward signed LOIs

Skills

  • Proven experience in high-volume cold calling
  • Background in outbound sales (SDR / BDR), home services (solar, roofing, etc.), MCA or real estate
  • Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality
  • Curious, hungry for the chase, and able to ask thoughtful questions
  • Confident, organized, and persistent with a high level of activity
  • Comfortable handling rejection and navigating conversations in real time
