As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in advocating for our healthcare providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing inquiries on benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
  • Researching and resolving complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of provider issues
  • Navigating multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution
