- Experience in door-to-door sales
- Experience in high-volume call environments
- Experience in commission-only roles
- Background as a competitive athlete
- Background in military / law enforcement / disciplined environments
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to build trust with homeowners
- Ability to understand homeowner situations
- Ability to follow a sales process
- Ability to close deals
- Willingness to make 80–100 calls/day
- Willingness to target ~2 offers/day and ~2 contracts/week
- Ability to work in a competitive, team-driven sales floor
