Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines team. This is a full-time remote position that offers the unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact organizational excellence.
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving our culture of safety, effectiveness, and innovation. You will be responsible for identifying measurable trends and performance metrics that improve our Quality Control division. This position involves utilizing data to create, present, and recommend novel ideas and initiatives, as well as conducting critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements.
These improvements will support organization-wide goals, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and enhancing compliance—providing arenaflex with a significant competitive advantage in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the overall success of our Quality Control team. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and support others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You will ensure data integrity and accuracy across all quality control metrics and reporting systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and delivering results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. This includes creating comprehensive reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Help with analyzing critical ad hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization and Presentation: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant points of the analysis to ease stakeholder understanding. You'll create compelling visual representations of data that drive decision-making.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing complex queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing rhythms, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
- Process Audits and Improvement: Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and audits and communicate findings to the Team. You'll proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and anomalies. Your insights will help shape continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision, maintaining our commitment to regulatory excellence and industry standards.
- Additional Duties: May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Team Leadership, contributing to the overall success of the department and organization.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Relevant fields of study include Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to groups of varying audiences. Experience creating presentations is a plus.
