[Remote] Provider Relations Specialist

The Provider Relations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining strong provider relationships and delivering timely support, ensuring a positive experience for providers and contributing to provider engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for go-to-market (GTM) teams, providers, and patients
• Manage inquiries via calls, emails, and web tickets professionally
• Perform case sweeps to facilitate case submissions and approvals
• Build and maintain positive provider relationships
• Respond efficiently to provider and patient communications
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Support GTM initiatives through coordination and communication
• Investigate and resolve provider issues promptly
• Collaborate internally to solve complex problems
• Analyze issues for trends and process improvement opportunities
• Manage tasks such as MFA, Lab, Kraken & TPMX requests, case audits, and account onboarding via Salesforce Omnichannel

Skills

• Experience in provider relations, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing calls, emails, and web tickets
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
