Responsibilities

• Handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Conduct legal research
• Prepare legal documents and briefs
• Participate in client interactions and hearings
• Attend depositions and trials

Skills

• Candidates must have one to four years of experience
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
• Candidates must have proven skills in research
• Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
