Compensation: $53/hourSchedule Options:
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (local time)
• OR Sunday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (local time)
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on prior authorization review. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in evaluating medication requests and ensuring compliance with established clinical guidelines and policies.

• Review and process prior authorization requests in accordance with clinical criteria and internal policies
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve authorization-related inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy standards
Qualifications

Required:
• Active pharmacist license in state of residence (must be current and verifiable)
• Strong attention to detail and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:
• 1+ year of prior authorization experience within a PBM setting
• Strong retail pharmacy background
• Pharmacy Manager experience OR
• Staff Pharmacist experience (2+ years with the same employer)

• Residency or fellowship training
