You will play a pivotal role in advising individuals, families, and foundations on strategic charitable giving, maximizing their philanthropic impact, and achieving their social goals. Key responsibilities include Providing expert consultation and guidance to clients on developing and implementing effective philanthropic strategies. Assessing client needs, values, and financial capacity to design tailored giving plans. Researching and identifying reputable non-profit organizations and impact initiatives aligned with client interests. Facilitating connections between clients and charitable organizations to foster impactful partnerships. Advising on various giving vehicles, including donor-advised funds, private foundations, and direct giving. Staying abreast of current trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the philanthropic landscape. Developing and delivering educational materials and workshops on philanthropy for clients and stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with a network of non-profit leaders, community foundations, and other philanthropic professionals. Assisting clients with due diligence processes for potential grant recipients. Contributing to the organization's thought leadership by authoring articles and participating in relevant discussions. Managing client portfolios and ensuring timely follow-up and support. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, strategies, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the non-profit sector, charitable giving strategies, and impact investing. A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Non-profit Management, Public Policy, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is required; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, non-profit management, or wealth management with a philanthropic focus is essential. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are critical for building trust and rapport with diverse clientele. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment. A proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for creating positive social change are paramount.
