Position Overview

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as an intermediary between potential clients and our financial institution. Your primary responsibility will be to perform approvals of consumer loans, make payment arrangements, and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, communication abilities, and financial acumen.

You will be responsible for the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems. This includes analysis, appraisal, and verification of loan applicants to ensure that we are making sound lending decisions while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to handle a wide range of duties, including:


  • Loan Processing and Approval: Perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems. Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans based on our established criteria and guidelines.
  • Customer Communication: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications, answer questions, and provide excellent service throughout the entire loan process. Follow up with customers to clarify important points and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Documentation: Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts in our system. Create and renew records as needed to maintain accurate customer files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Payment Arrangements: Process card payments accurately and work with customers to establish payment arrangements that meet their needs while protecting the organization's interests.
  • Loan Finalization: Finalize loan details and keep customers informed about rules, obligations, and repayment terms. Ensure that customers fully understand the terms of their loans before finalizing any agreements.
  • Financial Analysis: Use basic business math to solve problems and evaluate loan applications. Analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and appropriate loan amounts.
