Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Remote Registered Nurse to join our AI Chatbot Development team. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Clinical AI Developer at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and refining healthcare-focused chatbots that assist patients with their inquiries, provide health information, and support care coordination.

This is a fully remote position available to qualified RNs located within the United States. You'll have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a crucial member of the arenaflex development team, you will be responsible for:

• Chatbot Design & Development: Collaborate with AI development teams to design and implement healthcare chatbots that address patient needs, answer common health questions, and guide users through appropriate care pathways. You'll help create conversation flows that are clinically accurate, empathetic, and easy to understand.
• Clinical Content Creation: Develop and curate clinical content for chatbot responses, ensuring all information is evidence-based, up-to-date, and complies with healthcare regulations and best practices. Your nursing expertise will be essential in creating content that patients can trust.
• Patient Interaction Analysis: Analyze patient interactions with chatbots to identify areas for improvement, common questions, pain points, and opportunities to enhance user experience. You'll use this data to continuously refine chatbot performance and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure chatbot accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other healthcare regulations. You'll be responsible for reviewing chatbot responses and implementing quality control measures.
• Healthcare System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate chatbots with existing healthcare systems, patient portals, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. You'll ensure seamless functionality and data accuracy across platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications. Your input will shape the development of features that truly serve patient needs.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, clinical guidelines, and documentation for chatbot functionality. You'll also help train other team members on clinical aspects of chatbot development.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you must have:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: A current and valid RN license in good standing within the United States. We welcome licenses from all states, as this is a fully remote position.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, with familiarity in patient interaction, care coordination, and healthcare workflows.
• Healthcare Systems Experience: Strong working knowledge of electronic health records (EHR), patient portals, and common healthcare information systems.
• Technology Interest: A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and healthcare technology. Previous experience with AI or chatbot development is a plus, but not required—we'll provide training!
