Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, engaging with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information while addressing a variety of inquiries promptly and effectively. Your commitment to customer satisfaction and your ability to collaborate with other departments will be crucial in resolving customer issues and operational challenges.
This is a full-time, remote position (Work from Home) with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. The standard hours fall between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Central Time (9 am to 7 pm Eastern Time, 7 am to 5 pm Mountain Time). We offer flexible shift selections twice a year, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our customer service team at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Engagement: Professionally engage with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our systems.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction, maintaining a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment.
- Familiarity with medical and claim terminology.
