[Remote] Negotiation Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solvd US is redefining claims management across the auto and property space through innovative technology and expert-led services. The Negotiation Specialist will work closely with body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, ensuring efficient management of assigned claims in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting

Skills

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates a plus
