[Remote] Loan Officer – Sir Lends A Lot LLC

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sir Lends A Lot LLC is a fast-growing private lender built by investors for investors, specializing in funding Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans. The Loan Officer will build and grow a portfolio of real estate investor clients, serving as a trusted advisor and managing a pipeline of loans from origination to funding.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of real estate investor clients through referrals, networking, and repeat business
• Originate Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans from first conversation to funded
• Serve as a trusted advisor — capture the full story of each deal and bring creative, honest solutions to the table
• Collaborate closely with our processing team to keep files moving and closings on time
• Manage your pipeline with discipline and follow-through using our CRM
• Attend investor meetups, real estate events, and industry networking opportunities
• Hit your production goals. Then set new ones

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination, private/hard money lending, real estate sales, title, or escrow
• A genuine passion for real estate investment — you understand the deals, not just the paperwork
• Sales-driven with a relationship-first mentality — our borrowers keep coming back because they trust us, and we need you to earn that same loyalty
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
• CRM proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
