Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-List Me is a Talent Management Agency that represents over 400 Influencers and connects them with brands for paid partnerships. The Talent Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business and actively seek new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build a talent roster
- Manage 30+ influencers
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all influencers listed under you
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Support content review process
- Serve as coordinator for your Influencers, attend internal/client calls
- Collect and report back-end creator metrics
- Maintain organization in CRMs
- Invoicing and Payment Collection
- New Influencer Outreach
- Brand Outreach
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience (internships included)
- Highly motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An expert in everything social media: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Positive and flexible attitude
