About the Role

As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline hero for small business owners across the nation. You'll respond to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware/software questions and other designated client products. Your mission will be to assist external users of our client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

You'll play a crucial role in helping customers learn how to maximize QuickBooks to its fullest potential while troubleshooting technical issues that may arise. If you're worried about not knowing enough about these topics already – don't be! Key Responsibilities


  • QuickBooks Support: Assist customers with QuickBooks software; research and provide resolutions to questions and problems they encounter while using the software for their business accounting needs.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, and networking problems that affect customer productivity.

  • Problem Resolution: Solve problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking skills and creative problem-solving approaches.

  • Performance Excellence: Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintains the highest quality standards.

  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport to create positive customer experiences.

  • Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating customer accounts as required for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance, contributing to team success.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and support staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications

Education & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work from home in the USA (position cannot be performed in the state of Colorado)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (a plus, but not required – we'll train you!)
  • Basic technical knowledge of accounting software or willingness to learn
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
