The Market Support Associate will support the US trade desk, managing high-value transactions and providing excellent client service while contributing to the smooth execution and monitoring of trades.


Responsibilities

  • Process money market trades using phone, email, fax, online, and proprietary systems
  • Monitor trade activity, including wire transfers and account balances
  • Complete client audit requests promptly
  • Deliver high-quality service to institutional clients
  • Communicate regularly with trade counterparties
  • Maintain accounts and support US trade desk staff
  • Manage soft file documentation
  • Assist other internal departments as needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within six months
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous internship or office experience preferred
  • Client/customer service experience preferred
  • Exposure to financial services is a plus
