What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

You will service providers in a dynamic multi-channel environment that includes both phone calls and concurrent chat support. You will handle inbound contacts from various healthcare professionals, including physician offices, clinics, and billing offices, quickly and appropriately triaging each inquiry to ensure proper routing and resolution.
Problem Resolution and Issue Triage
Your expertise will be crucial in seeking to understand and identifying the unique needs of each provider. You will answer questions and resolve a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
- Benefits and eligibility verification and inquiries
- Billing and payment processing concerns

- Explanation of benefits (EOB) clarification

- Provider enrollment and credentialing questions
- Claims status inquiries and dispute resolution
Complex Problem-Solving

This includes working with various provider types and handling diverse call types with confidence and accuracy.
Digital Tools Adoption Advocate
You will play a pivotal role in influencing providers to utilize self-service digital tools that assist with navigation questions and demonstrate the benefits of these tools—including aiding in faster resolution times. Your persuasive communication skills will help drive adoption of our digital platforms, ultimately improving the overall provider experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For: Requirements
To excel in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Technical Skills: Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ words per minute (WPM) with an accuracy rate of 90%
- Availability: Ability to work any full-time schedule (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday
- Location: Must be able to work remotely from within the state of Florida
