The Role: Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager, EMEA
As an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the face and voice of our company for our most important clients in the EMEA region. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for onboarding enterprise customers and setting them up for durable, long-term relationships with arenaflex. You'll serve as our clients' trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related matters.
In this position, you'll wear multiple hats – project manager, technical advisor, relationship builder, and internal advocate. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences while simultaneously championing new products and capabilities that help our clients expand their business with arenaflex. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and your ability to turn new accounts into long-term partners.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding experiences, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to implementation and setting the foundation for long-term success
Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and comprehensive training to ensure customers are fully set up and confident from day one
Develop detailed onboarding project plans with clear go-live milestones, proactively identifying opportunities and pivoting strategies to achieve results
Identify, assess, and flag risks that could lead to delayed onboarding or customer dissatisfaction, implementing mitigation strategies
Become the primary source of knowledge for customers regarding the products they're onboarding, building strong relationships that set clients up for ongoing success
Act as the voice of the customer, collecting valuable product and operational feedback and sharing it with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Develop deep expertise in arenaflex's product offerings to provide exceptional technical guidance and support throughout the customer journey
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests
Lead each onboarding engagement as a formal project, coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders while keeping parties informed and aligned
Foster trust and partnership with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs both present and future to position arenaflex as their strategic partner
Deliver high-quality customer experiences consistently, maintaining exceptional standards throughout the onboarding lifecycle
What We're Looking For

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in onboarding or integration management roles, with a proven track record of launching and managing complex customer onboarding journeys
Technical Acumen: Experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with the ability to quickly ramp up and become a product expert
Problem-Solving: A creative approach to problem-solving that embraces challenges and leverages available tools and resources effectively
Communication Skills: Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
