• Processing Medical Reviews: Enter independent medical review information into our database systems with precision and attention to detail. You'll handle various medical documents and ensure all data is accurately captured.


• Case Management: When new cases arrive, you'll log the information into our tracking systems and process them through each required stage, ensuring seamless workflow progression.


• Document Processing: Extract data from incoming forms and accurately enter it into Microsoft Word and Excel templates as required by our healthcare partners.


• Data Validation: Review information for accuracy and completeness before submission, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in the data.


• HIPAA Compliance: Understand and apply HIPAA regulations in your daily work, ensuring all patient information remains confidential and secure. You'll be trained on proper handling of protected health information (PHI).
