What You'll Do in This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative in our healthcare division, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring members receive the support they need. Working from the comfort of your home, you will:


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with efficiency and care, addressing questions about insurance benefits, eligibility status, appeals processes, grievances, and medical device troubleshooting

  • Greet callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using established procedures while representing both arenaflex and our healthcare client with excellence

  • Assess each call accurately to understand and efficiently address members' unique needs, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach throughout every interaction

  • Demonstrate patience and compassion while working collaboratively as a team player, utilizing all available resources to achieve the best possible outcomes for each member

  • Navigate multiple systems with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless documentation and resolution of customer issues

  • Deliver expert customer experiences with warmth and a positive attitude, making every member feel valued, heard, and respected

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of healthcare insurance processes, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance

  • Document all interactions clearly and completely in the appropriate systems, ensuring continuity of care and follow-up when needed

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience – whether in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries

  • A verifiable High School diploma or GED as proof of completed education

  • Strong proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
