What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our clients and their customers. Your role encompasses multiple facets of customer support, each presenting unique opportunities to showcase your skills and grow professionally.   • Inbound Customer Support: You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Through inbound calls and digital channels, you'll provide knowledgeable, empathetic responses that resolve inquiries efficiently while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Technical Issue Resolution: You'll help customers navigate technical challenges related to client products and services. This involves troubleshooting, guiding users through solution steps, and ensuring technical problems are addressed with patience and expertise.

  • Billing Concerns & Inquiries: You'll assist customers with understanding their accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, explaining charges, and ensuring billing-related issues are handled accurately and professionally.

Qualifications We're Seeking

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work various shifts as needed
  • Residence within 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid U.S. address for residence purposes
