[Remote] Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campus’s live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead live weekly discussion sections
• Provide grading and structured feedback
• Hold virtual office hours
• Support case study and applied project work
• Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards
• Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for student success
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
• Currently pursuing or completed Master's in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
• Experience with medical billing and coding
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners
