Redcar is a venture-backed AI startup focused on revolutionizing the home services industry with its innovative Learning Voice AI technology. As a Founding SDR, you will lead outbound sales efforts and contribute to building the go-to-market strategy while engaging with business owners in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses
  • Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the 'boring' parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the 'missed call' crisis
  • Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time

Skills

  • 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification
  • Winner of President's Club, Winner's Circle, top of your cohort, etc
  • Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus)
