[Remote] Finance Data Analyst - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to deliver business solutions to finance operations teams using modern reporting software platforms. The role involves capturing, shaping, and presenting data through graphic dashboards and table formats, while also improving critical finance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business leaders to understand and define their requests, prioritize efforts and schedule project deliverables
• Integrate and interpret data from multiple source systems into standardized formats and measurements
• Create dashboards to summarize and clearly track KPI understanding business needs
• Develop a knowledge of future technology to improve business processes including agentic AI, RPA and Service Now ticketing systems
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of applied project experience
• Zero (0) to (1) year experience in creating dashboards for analysis in a business setting
• Experience in developing solutions with tools such as Power BI
• Exposure to tools like SQL/ MS-Access DB / Snowflake
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express complex technical concepts in business terminology
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods
