  • Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas

  • Collaborate effectively across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or relevant internship experience
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed or remote sales environment
  • Ability to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Driven, competitive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Nooks, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator
