  • Document Type Identification: Identify and categorize various document types based on provided documentation standards, understanding the differences between medical claims, patient records, billing statements, and other healthcare-related paperwork.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify all entered data meets or exceeds our stringent quality requirements, performing self-audits to ensure accuracy rates remain at 95% or higher.

  • HIPAA Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality for all Personal Health Information (PHI), strictly following HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex security protocols to protect sensitive patient data.

  • Professional Collaboration: Interact professionally with team members, supervisors, and other staff as needed, participating in team meetings and communicating effectively through digital channels.

  • Process Improvement: Make actionable recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in our data entry operations.

  • Commitment to Completion: Work diligently until all assigned tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic in meeting daily productivity goals.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other basic office duties as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the data processing team.
