What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clients' critical data. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing high-accuracy data entry tasks in strict accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
- Conducting manual identification and review of various types of forms, including MEDI (Medical) documents, with precision and attention to detail.
- Classifying and categorizing documents based on established client requirements and internal guidelines.
- Switching between multiple tasks including data entry, verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry functions as required by business needs.
- Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all assignments.
- Working with a moderate degree of supervision while demonstrating independence and self-direction in your daily tasks.
- Exercising strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and discrepancies encountered during data processing.
- Adhering to company policies, security standards, and best practices at all times.
