- Vehicle Arrangements: Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, ensuring that all cosmetic and functional aspects of repairs are properly documented and addressed.
- Customer Expectation Management: Proactively manage customer expectations by providing accurate timelines, explaining repair processes, and offering solutions to any concerns that may arise.
- Vehicle Announcements: Create and distribute vehicle-related announcements to keep customers informed about their repair status, pickup times, and any additional services they might benefit from.
- Inventory Management: Handle material and supplies reordering to ensure our body shop has everything needed to complete repairs efficiently and on schedule.
- Repair Review and Delivery: Participate in repair review processes and coordinate vehicle delivery to ensure every customer receives their vehicle in pristine condition.
