  • Manage a comprehensive variety of transaction types (totaling 31 distinct categories) within multiple team queues, including the Customer Communications Unit Queue, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.

  • Process policy-related transactions with absolute accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly and in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Create value quotes for policyholders, providing them with accurate information about their policy's current worth and available options.

  • Process policy status letters, communicating important updates to customers in a clear, professional, and timely manner.

  • Update beneficiary information with precision, ensuring that policyholder wishes are accurately reflected in our systems.

  • Manage settlement options, guiding customers through important decisions regarding their policy benefits.

Quality Assurance and Review



  • Review referrals from various departments and ensure all data is in proper order for processing.

  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and take appropriate action to resolve them.

  • Occasionally require outreach to other departments for escalated cases, acting as a liaison to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all transactions and communications for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Adhere to established quality standards and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Premium Management



  • Assist with premium management operations, including processing premium changes as requested by policyholders.

  • Handle premium suspension requests with attention to policy terms and conditions.

  • Manage tax withholdings accurately, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.

  • Process electronic funds transfers and monitor payment processing queues.

  • Reconcile premium transactions and identify any irregularities requiring follow-up.

  • Pull work assignments from the platform and manage your queue efficiently to meet production targets.
