What You'll Do

As a key member of our remote workforce at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions that keep our organization running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Data Identification & Collection: Identifying and gathering information to support a wide variety of enterprise risk management (ERM) and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and strategic planning initiatives across all business segments.


• Information Processing: Collecting and processing information from disparate data systems throughout our US and global businesses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all data deliverables.


• Dashboard Development: Designing and building dynamic dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping risks and evaluating the maturity of associated controls, providing real-time visibility into key performance indicators.


• Custom Reporting: Constructing custom reports as needed to support business leaders, compliance professionals, and legal teams in making informed decisions.


• Analytics Implementation: Applying expertise in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk across the organization.


• Insight Generation: Drawing meaningful insights and correlations from complex datasets and effectively communicating findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders through compelling visual presentations.


• Risk Analysis: Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, proactively identifying potential challenges before they become issues.


• Process Improvement: Soliciting feedback and supporting continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Storytelling with Data: Using your ability to "inform a story" with data, transforming raw numbers into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for candidates who bring a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills. To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you should have:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep SQL knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and transforming them into meaningful insights.


• Industry Experience: Prior experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters is highly valued. Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements will set you apart.
