• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis and data processing. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Capabilities: Experience with both descriptive and inferential statistics, including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and factor analysis. Ability to apply these techniques to understand cohort behavior and business value.
• Project Management: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics projects — from unclear requirements to successful storytelling, accessible across various audiences, and ultimately leading to measurable business outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and technical peers. Comfort presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Intellectual Curiosity: Unbridled curiosity, high analytical aptitude, and a passionate pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results. You should be someone who asks "why" and digs deep to find answers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field
