We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction.   • Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Conduct thorough investigations and issue resolution to provide suitable solutions to customers
  • Think proactively and set follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure issue resolution
  • Work with empathy, attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders across the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • *What You'll Need**
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a personal investigation
  • *Technical Requirements**
  • A dedicated workspace that's large enough to accommodate computer screens and free from distractions, including background noise that affects the customer experience
  • A workspace suitable for webcam use
