We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. - *What You'll Need**
- 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
- Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
- Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
- Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a personal investigation
