  • Competitive Compensation: Start at $11/hour during your initial training period. After completing our 3-week assessment, Phone and Full Support representatives earn between $12-$15/hour, while Written Support specialists earn between $11-$14/hour. Pay is issued weekly for your convenience.

Position Details

Employment Type


This is a part-time, seasonal position running from March/April/May through September/October. While the role is seasonal in nature, exceptional candidates may be considered for year-round employment opportunities.

Available Roles


We offer three distinct support positions to match your skills and preferences:



  • Phone Support: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Requires excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Written Support: Manage customer communications via email and text message. Perfect for those who prefer written communication.

  • Full Support: Handle both phone and written communications. Offers the highest pay potential.

Shift Availability


Our busiest times are Saturday afternoons (12 PM - 5 PM Eastern), Sunday mornings (9 AM - 1 PM Eastern), and Monday mornings (9 AM - 1 PM Eastern). Availability during these peak periods is required. Beyond these core hours, we offer flexible scheduling based on your preferences, with schedules typically remaining consistent week to week.

Expected Hours


Most team members work between 15-35 hours per week during our peak season.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Managing a high volume of incoming customer contacts via phone, email, and text message

  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve optimal satisfaction and resolution

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools

  • Meeting personal contact handling quotas and performance metrics

  • Handling customer complaints professionally and providing appropriate solutions

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and create positive experiences

  • Quickly transitioning between completed or stalled tasks to maintain productivity

  • Looking up information and following instructions to solve various customer issues

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and/or written communication abilities are essential. You should be comfortable articulating ideas clearly and professionally.

  • Technical Comfort: Confident working with computers and various software applications. Must be able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Technical Requirements

To ensure you can perform your duties effectively, please confirm you meet the following technical specifications:



  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)

  • Windows computer capable of running 5+ Chrome tabs without slowdown (Chromebooks and Apple computers are not compatible)

  • Headset compatible with your computer for phone support

  • Quiet work environment free from distractions

  • Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Michigan, Alabama, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Tennessee

Assessment & Interview Process
