What You Will Be Doing
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. This is a high-energy environment where every interaction matters. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information about vacation rental bookings, policies, and procedures
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions to customers
- Processing booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
- Upselling and cross-selling services to meet sales targets
- Handling customer objections professionally to retain subscribers and reduce churn
- Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs
- Contributing to team goals and sharing best practices with colleagues
Work Environment and Schedule
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options. In this role, you will work an 8-hour shift, 5 days per week, with shifts available anywhere from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM PST. This variety allows you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle while meeting the needs of our customers.
As a remote team member, you will have the freedom to work from your home office, eliminating the stress of commuting. However, we do require that you maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure you can deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Technical Requirements for Working from Home
To ensure you can deliver outstanding customer service from your home office, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Internet Connectivity: Excellent Internet access with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
- Connection Type: In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Note: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of the vacation rental or hospitality industry
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with CRM software
