As a Remote Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers who need assistance with their vehicle's safety and convenience services. What You'll Do


  • Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help

  • Evaluate each caller's unique situation to provide tailored solutions and see every interaction through to resolution

  • Handle diverse call types, ranging from routine inquiries about mapping and navigation to emergency assistance calls requiring calm, decisive action

  • Maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence when dealing with distressed or frustrated customers

  • Multi-task effectively while navigating multiple systems to find accurate information quickly

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and quality assurance

  • Stay current with program updates and new service offerings through ongoing training and development

  • Base Rate: $0.28 per customer interaction minute

  • Minimum Guarantee: 45 minutes of paid interaction time per available hour

  • Estimated Earnings: Equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour

  • Bilingual Premium: $0.31 per customer interaction minute (English/Spanish or English/French)

  • Bilingual Guarantee: 48 minutes of paid interaction time per available hour

  • Bilingual Earnings: Equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour

  • Professional headset – Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets are not accepted)

Contractual Relationship: This is a contracted assignment, not an employment position.
