As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our pet parents. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to wow our customers – we're not looking for order-takers or script-readers, but rather individuals who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- *What You'll Need:**
- 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of pets and their families

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
