  • Issue Resolution: Expertly handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalated issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Navigate complex scenarios including flight delays, cancellations, rebooking needs, and compensation claims while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery. Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current with arenaflex policies, procedures, system updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Successfully complete all required training modules and certifications.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to promote arenaflex products, services, and add-ons while meeting individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
