What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the exceptional support they deserve. You'll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, working directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and educate them on how to get the most out of our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our HubSpot support portal with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, making your role pivotal in shaping their experience with arenaflex.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface closely with our internal sales and customer success teams to ensure that pilot programs and existing customers receive the support they need to succeed. You'll serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams.

  • Technical Escalation: Work directly with our engineering team to escalate, investigate, and resolve bugs, technical issues, and complex product questions. You'll help identify patterns in customer issues and contribute to product improvement.

  • Process Management: Utilize Notion and other internal tools to manage processes, document solutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases that help the entire team operate more efficiently.

  • Customer Education: Proactively educate customers on product features, best practices, and how to leverage our platform for maximum benefit. You'll create a positive, educational experience that turns customers into advocates.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement of our platform and services.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. You should be comfortable communicating with customers via multiple channels and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor even in challenging situations.

  • Quick Learner: The ability to learn new systems and tools quickly is crucial. Our platform is constantly evolving, and you'll need to keep pace with new features, updates, and best practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. You'll be communicating with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders regularly.

  • Organization and Time Management: You should be highly organized, a strong note-taker, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company environment

  • Familiarity with support ticket systems such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms

  • Basic understanding of API integrations or technical product support

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Background in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related industries is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
