What You'll Be Doing

As a vital member of our customer service team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex to our valued customers. Your superior sales and customer service skills, combined with your enthusiasm for technology, will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Here's what your role entails:


  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Building confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.

  • Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues with empathy and precision.

  • Responding to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services, ensuring accurate information and a positive interaction every time.

  • Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections and changes as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Negotiating the collection of overdue bills while maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding arenaflex's reputation.

  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

  • Managing various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers, demonstrating technical proficiency and multitasking abilities.

We are seeking a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building lasting relationships with customers. You take a deep interest in learning about your customers, their business challenges, and industry trends. You enjoy the fast pace and urgency needed to manage incidents, and you have no problem juggling multiple priorities.

Essential Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven customer service orientation

  • Ability to handle high-volume calls with patience and professionalism

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of employment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Previous customer service call center experience

  • Collections experience with proven negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated success in selling products and services

  • Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail

  • Proven ability to communicate with precision and accuracy

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and salesforce software

  • Understanding of telecommunications industry fundamentals
