The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for implementing and training customers on CCC ONE Estimating and related applications, requiring strong self-guidance and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product training via telephone to new and existing customers
- Train customers on upgrades, new products, and product updates
- Tailor training to the workflow needs of particular customers
- Provide remote problem-solving to customers
- Remotely install and configure software on various customer PCs
- Identify and communicate hardware and software problems, documenting them for others in the organization
- Follow departmental schedules and procedures, including updating reports
- Conduct video/audio presentations through electronic media as required for business purposes
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage a dynamic training schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Collision/automotive industry experience, particularly in a repair facility or similar position, is a plus
- Technical/computer proficiency preferred
- Experience with conducting remote/webinar training preferred
- This is not a traveling position
