What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our client's streaming service, delivering exceptional support to subscribers across the United States. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Handling inbound customer calls with varying complexity, from general inquiries to technical troubleshooting issues.

  • Providing exceptional guest experiences by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Troubleshooting streaming issues on multiple devices, including smartphones, smart TVs, tablets, computers, and streaming media players.

  • Assisting customers with account management, subscription questions, billing inquiries, and service activation.

  • Educating customers on streaming features, content availability, and optimal viewing experiences.

  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.

  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets for call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, new releases, and system updates to provide accurate information.

  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.

  • Adapting to evolving customer needs and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Hands-on experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of streaming platforms on phones, smart TVs, and other devices.

  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Technical support experience with the ability to diagnose and solve problems effectively.

  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to use several applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred but not required).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.

  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for movies, TV shows, and animated content.

Home Office Requirements

Since this is a remote position, you must have the following to be successful in your role at arenaflex:


  • Excellent Internet Connectivity: Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download—the faster, the better!

  • Wired Connection Required: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. You must have an in-house network with a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.

  • Quiet Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work is essential for maintaining professionalism during customer interactions.

  • Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including a headset and access to our systems.
