What You'll Do: A Day in the Life of Our Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days will be exactly alike, but each day will be meaningful. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, solutions, and support.   • Order Management: Accurately input orders and appointments into our multiple computer systems. You'll document customer inquiries thoroughly to support our outside sales team and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

  • Problem Resolution: Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns independently and as part of a team. Your ability to think on your feet will be crucial in resolving issues quickly and effectively.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, file documents, and create Word and Excel documents as needed. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail are essential for this aspect of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
