Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our passengers across multiple communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and resolves their needs effectively. - Assist customers with booking reservations, including creating new bookings, modifying existing reservations, canceling tickets, and processing refunds or exchanges in accordance with arenaflex policies
- Provide comprehensive flight information, including schedules, gate changes, delays, cancellations, and connection details, while keeping customers informed and reassured during disruptions
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to ensure comprehensive solutions
- Escalate appropriately when necessary, following arenaflex's escalation protocols to ensure that issues are addressed at the appropriate level
