[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Naborforce is a company dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate the challenges of aging and caregiving. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Naborhood Success Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting clients and their families with empathy and care.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients, their caregivers and Nabors (our independent contractors) via phone and email, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented responses
  • Address questions, concerns, and requests with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on resolution
  • Monitor and review billing to ensure clarity and accuracy for clients
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical issues that may impact the customer experience
  • Communicate potential issues or concerns clearly and promptly with the appropriate team members
  • Support onboarding of Nabors, including conducting interviews and reviewing documentation for compliance
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Naborforce platform to confidently guide and support users
  • Assist with inside sales by helping prospective clients understand the value of Naborforce
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
  • Contribute to special projects that support growth and service excellence

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with our clients, their families, and our Nabors. This includes strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clear, professional and friendly email correspondence
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide phone support with patience and professionalism, even during difficult conversations
  • A passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A genuine connection to our mission and the people we serve
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Slack or a similar work management software
