Responsibilities

  • Respond to consumer inquiries while upholding service standards, including processing orders and troubleshooting products
  • Investigate and resolve consumer issues, aiming for one-call resolution to retain customer business
  • Follow up with consumers to ensure satisfaction with issue resolution
  • Utilize various systems to gather and communicate information for customer activity
  • Collaborate with peers and departments to maintain positive customer relations and meet service level metrics

Skills

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with previous call center, customer service, or retail experience required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities
  • Ability to adapt to change and think creatively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of business correspondence
  • Experience with technical products and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to meet department goals related to service metrics and quality
